This fall, we will finally be ready to show you everything that we've been working so hard on.

While we've admittedly been a little quieter than normal lately, it's only because we've been preparing to launch one of the biggest Wooly years ever in the 2022-23 school year.
Each day this week, I'll share a few spicy details about a major, upcoming project that we're launching in the fall. What is today's update about?

Perhaps a few Wooly superfans recognize the above title?

That's because El antídoto del dragón is the book that Lucía lent to Víctor at the beginning of our graphic novel, Me llamo Víctor.
And although it's been two years since publishing the Víctor book, we've actually been working on the music video for El antídoto del dragón even longer than that.

The first Wooly rock opera
|
It has always been our dream to make a rock opera, and with El antídoto del dragón, we have finally pulled it off!
At 12 minutes, this is hands-down the longest song and music video we have ever released.

In fact, it's pretty much 4 new Wooly songs in a single music video!
You've never seen anything even remotely like this story from us before, and we're positive that it's going to absolutely knock your socks off.

A true international effort
|
We learned how to conduct remote studio recordings during Covid quarantine, and it ended up opening doors to an incredible team of international artists.
El antídoto del dragon was:
- Animated by two Colombian brothers in Bogotá.
- Performed by musicians from both Chicago and Spain.
- Sung by vocalists from Chicago, Chile, and Argentina.

"Había una vez una princesa que bebió un vaso de veneno."
|
El antídoto del dragón is our first full-blown fantasy adventure. It's the story of a princess who accidentally drinks poison and must embark on a perilous journey to find the cure before her time runs out.
|
Although the song is 12 minutes long, the pace is unrelenting with dragons, wizards, and unpredictable twists and turns.
Trust me when I say that your students will be singing "No temas a las mariposas" for years to come.

When will it be released?
